Mr. Davis exhibits flexibility, patience, and devotion as an educational aide at Beers Elementary School. He is currently working with a student that is vision impaired and cannot walk without assistance. Mr. Davis displays great care with this student, lifting him up during fire drills and to taking him to the bus during dismissal. Mr. Davis takes on any assignment that he is asked to do without hesitation, and shows great respect to all of the students and staff. He is also the school’s resident artist, frequently assisting teachers to create and beautify class projects.
